1. BioGeometry instructors are certified by BioGeometry Energy Systems Ltd. (Montréal, QC, Canada) and, in accordance with the associated conditions, must indicate that each student signs the prepared BioGeometry Student Agreement (including but not limited to: Foundation, Advanced, Special Topics, ASW, and Home Solutions levels) at the beginning of the BioGeometry Foundation Training.
2. If you withdraw from your registration after the course has been confirmed (the early bird date is approximately eight weeks before the course, however, confirmation could be announced prior to this date) a non-refundable administration fee of EUR 300 will be charged.
If you withdraw your course participation within four weeks of the course, there will be no refund of the participation fee – not even in part.
You are welcome to transfer your place to another participant. If your withdrawal is due to an emergency situation, individual solutions will be sought.
3. In person training: We recommend that you do not book your travel (flight, train, etc.) and accommodation until you have received confirmation that the course you have booked can take place (unless you can cancel the travel / accommodation free of charge).
Please also note the special guidelines due to the respective valid regulations in the context of any worldwide pandemic situation or similar.
4. We may occasionally suggest accommodation, restaurants, transport, or other local services for your convenience.
These are third-party providers, and any bookings or arrangements are made at your own discretion and remain your responsibility.
5. Should the instructor find herself in the unusual situation of having to cancel or postpone the course, you will of course be refunded the entire course fee (if already paid).
Travel expenses of any kind (travel, accommodation, etc.) will not be the responsibility of the instructor.
6. By registering for this class, you understand and agree that full attendance is required in order to complete and graduate from the training.
As this is an in-person experiential course, missed sections cannot be made up through recordings or alternative teaching sessions, and recordings will not be provided for any part of the training.
Please ensure you are available to attend the entire course before registering.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be given for any missed days, sessions, or course content. If you miss part of the training, you are welcome to re-attend the entire class at a later date with the same instructor paying the repeat student fee in order to complete the material.
7. In person training: No photos, video or audio recordings are allowed during the training.
8. Please note that BioGeometry is not a form of medical diagnosis or treatment, but a long-term environmental support for the body's energy system and all types of treatment.
9. Personal responsibility: Each participant is fully responsible for themselves and their actions inside and outside the course. Participants acknowledge that they are entirely responsible for their own physical and mental stability.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused and indemnifies the organisers, the venue, the instructor and the coordinator from all liability claims.
All participants commit themselves to a trustworthy and responsible interaction with each other - even after the end of the training.
