As the owner or legal guardian of the above animal, I understand the following:
• I understand that the session provided by Eloise Ansell is intended to enhance relaxation, support communication within the animal’s body, and help highlight possible energetic or emotional blocks that may contribute to discomfort or illness.
• I acknowledge that the modalities used are non-invasive and safe, and that they work with the animal’s own natural ability to restore balance.
• I understand that participation in a session with Eloise for my pet is voluntary and that I may choose to end their participation at any time.
• I understand that detoxification or release symptoms may occur within 24–48 hours following a session, particularly if they have been under chronic or heightened stress.
• I understand that sessions are not a substitute for veterinary care or medication.
• I am aware that Eloise Ansell does not diagnose, prescribe medication, or interfere with veterinary treatment.
• I agree to seek professional veterinary advice for any medical concerns.
• I understand that information shared during any session is educational in nature, intended to help me gain greater awareness of my pet’s wellbeing, and is to be used at my own discretion.
• I agree to pay the agreed fee per session for anything up to 30 minutes in duration (sessions may be as short as 10 minutes), and I understand that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
• I understand that there are no refunds after a session has taken place.
• I understand Eloise may record and securely store session audios for her records.
• I understand that my email will be added to Eloise’s mailing list, and I agree to receive emails — including marketing and updates about her services. Eloise will not share my personal information with third parties and will keep my data safe. I can unsubscribe at anytime.
