I am so excited to be teaching MindScape again! This class can bring about so much transformation for you… it really can change your life!

Class Schedule:
The class will run over 4 days:
 
Thurs 3rd August 2023 – 12.00pm till 6.30pm
Fri 4th August – 12.00pm till 6.00pm
Sat 5th August – 12.00pm till 6.00pm
Sunday 6th – 12.00pm till 6.30pm

As we are online we have the advantage of running the class over a few days. Less time staring at a screen each day & more time to process and digest the material!
 
We will have a couple of 30-minute breaks during each day.
 
You are also welcome to bring your own drinks & snacks! haha 😉  This class will be changing many things in your wiring so you may want more to eat?! You may also need lots of water! So have everything handy in case your brain or body requests it.
 
Obviously, we will try to keep to time but please be flexible.
How the online sessions will work:
 
We will be using Zoom. Have you used Zoom before? If not please get in touch, or test it out with a friend so you are familiar with it.
 
 
I will be online 15 mins before we start on day 1 to welcome you. This gives you a chance to check your microphone & video before we begin. So feel free to join me before some class for some pre-class chat & get to know your fellow participants.
 
As with the live class you will be able to record the audio (no video or pictures of participants). The release form included covers this.
 
** Please note: In line with GDPR your taking part in the class means you are agreeing to be recorded. As specified in the audio & waiver forms, only the audio will be kept & your image will only be used if specifically agreed to (ie we might do a class photo if everyone agrees).
Payment information:
 
The fee is £555.
If you are repeating the class you can pay the monitor rate – this will be shown when you register. (It depends on your IBA membership status)

You will not be able to attend the class unless you complete all the forms!  I will not be sending out the Zoom links till a few days before class, and only to those who have completed the following forms.

By attending the class you are agreeing to my T&Cs too:
  • All personal information will remain private and confidential
  • On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of class fee. No other personal expenses will be covered
  • All seminar participants are bound to observe confidentiality
  • All fees are payable before commencement of the course starts
  • Cancellations made by earlybird date receive full refund. Cancellations between earlybird date and class will receive full refund minus a £150 admin fee. Refunds will not be given after the class starts.
Things you need:
You will need a camera on your computer. I need to see your lovely face!
You do need a camera which will enable me to see you. If you are on your phone you need to find a way to prop it up! We cannot have lots of movement on the camera as it is disturbing.
Please make sure you have somewhere you can sit comfortably for the class – where you are not going to be disturbed. You can stand, lie down, or sit… and move around – as long as we can see you.
You will also need to test your microphone out before the class – it maybe helpful to have headphones for the sound quality.
Preparation:
All you need is yourself!
Obviously your computer & video camera!
Notebook & pen – would be helpful to write some of the key points, or your thoughts in the class. There are a couple of key points you need to make notes on.
Also, please close any notifications or not needed windows on your computer. And turn your phone off (or put it out of reach on silent).  If you are seeing emails come in, or checking your phone, you will be distracted & not get the full benefits of the class.
Finally, during the session I will highlight how to “raise your hand” if you want to speak.
Final notes & things to mention:
 

You will be receiving a digital manual for this class. New for 2023 students are finally able to get digital manuals which people have been asking for for years! I will let you know when you should have access to it. You do NOT need it for the class itself… it is more a reference document for afterwards.

 
 
As part of the agreement with the IBA to teach MindScape online they will have the meeting invite details as well. They may possibly jump onto a session to see how we are doing. We also may share an audio of the class with them.
 
 
If you need an invoice or receipt for the class payment, please just ask.
