I offer limited in-person sessions around the South of England. Sessions are booked on the hour for 40 mins.
At the start of each session, we will discuss your health status and whatever other personal issues you may wish to address. It is sometimes good to explore what is happening in your life before we start… sometimes the shifts occur from just seeing the patterns. I personally think talking through our issues is sometimes a huge part of the session (it isn’t necessary though!). With all my years as a life coach & therapist, I am trained to listen without judgement. Often clients have commented I hold a wonderful space for them to be heard and talk… for some clients, this is a unique opportunity in their stress filled lives.
At the first session I will send you some forms prior to the session, so you can bring them with you – to help identify what is going on for you and what you want to work on. This can be used to see what has shifted at later sessions.
Once I feel we are ready to start, you can either lie down & relax on a treatment table (or chair if more comfortable) while I sit at your side. I will gently use your arm in such a manner to establish communication with your system. This is not a formal muscle test like in Kinesiology. I actually don’t even need to use your arm! But it is my preferred way to work in sessions is to “ask” the body.
Your body mind has an inherent knowledge of itself and your life. It knows every trauma, giggle or upset in your life. It has access to your genes & your epigenetic markers (markers on the DNA) which run back from generations of your family too. It even knows what you are doing next week! Your body can take a step back and look at the big picture of your life, it knows exactly what you need from me, to take you to a place where you can facilitate healing yourself.
I don’t do anything, I facilitate your own bodies amazing capability to heal. By listening to it, and honouring it knows far more than us (!), and allowing it to destress your system. It knows exactly what you need, and what order & sequence we need to destress the layers… we are not forcing anything on your body, but just allowing it to guide us to clear the blocks to allow healing. Like us, when the body gets overwhelmed with the to-do list (often due to daily stress ontop of everything built up over time) it starts to shut down and ignores problems. Overtime there are more and more small issues which have not been addressed. Eventually, these issues can possible become a large-scale disease. So the more layers of stress we take off your system the better!
I can quickly and easily “ask your body” what communication circuits have become compromised, and in which order these lines of communication need to be re-established, for the fastest possible healing process to occur.
My main modality is the BodyTalk System which follows a set protocol and procedure to structure the session and allow the client’s BodyMind to let me know what techniques it would like and in what order. I let it guide me 100%.
This is a very intuitive process (but that is my core skill!). After over 9 years of working with clients in this way, it is very natural to me.
Once I have identified an “energy equation” as a priority, I will tap it out. I may hold or place hands on relevant areas of the body (or ask you to) while I tap alternatively on the head (the brain), the sternum (the heart), and finally, tap over the gut brain (the small intestines). We need to engage all the brains in the body. Through this gentle tapping, you are updating your communication pathways, allowing your brain to become aware again of links it needs and has forgotten, and allowing the heart to store any changes.

We continue to build up priorities in the body, and tap them out until the session ends. Your body will then indicate the best time for a follow-up session, if needed. Your body will even tell me if I am a good practitioner for you, or if another system is recommended!
You don’t need to see me every week, or every fortnight. You might!?! But generally, clients on average have a session every 4-8 weeks. Whenever you have your session is up to you, however, it is wonderful to honour the bodies timetable.
The healing part of the session itself usually lasts between 10 and 20 minutes including explaining it (I like to talk the whole thing through). The length of a session is not indicative of the quality of the session or the results that occur; as even the simplest sessions can be quite profound! The BodyMind knows just how many changes and corrections it is ready to initiate in any given session, and will, therefore, indicate when the session is complete and will even establish a time when you may need to return for a follow-up session. We don’t want to overload your circuits and undo the healing.
All clients are unique! So your session frequency & experience will be too.
After sessions clients often feel full of beans with new energy, at peace, or tired…. And it can differ from session to session. Generally after a few sessions, if not immediately, clients begins to feel lighter, more centred, have more energy and see a shift in their complaints. A common theme is people sleep better! This helps healing even more.
I always recommend trying 3 sessions to give your body a chance to unwind & before you decide to continue.

Do I have to undress?
How many sessions?
Everyone is different, so it is hard to say! I always say try three sessions to start with – you will know if this is for you. Some people report massive shifts in just one.
Is in person better than remote sessions?
No! This is always a personal choice which you prefer. Some people prefer hands on sessions & some prefer the convienece of remote… there is no difference in session quality.
Do I need to believe in it to work?
No. Please come with an open mind & heart and let your bodymind show you it works. I love skeptics! (It is good to question things.) Many of my main referees came in skeptical.
How does it work?
It is all quantum physics! You don’t have to understand how it works… we don’t have to understand everything to use it… how many people know how their mobile phone works? Do you know phone calls shouldn’t connect 50% of the time it is just our expectation it will work that makes it!
